The Machine separating electrode materials into elementary substances(Type2 for electrode scraps)

Anode is copper film coated with carbon.
(Generally PVDF is used as bond)
Waste scraps are packed in bag as shown.
Lithium-ion rechargeable battery plants produce waste materials every day.
(20% of materials are said to be wasted.)
Those waste materials generate extremely toxic gas caused by PVDF -breakdown in copper furnaces.

Incinerating those waste materials is prohibited in industrial countries.





Scraping Machine in practical use

Scraping machine is operated only by electricity with no need for water or chemicals.
Carbon coating is separated from Copper film scraps.



Scraps are separated  into tiny chips of carbon and copper.
